The IT team provides clients with comprehensive IT and software contractual services, including licensing agreements, contracts for the creation and maintenance of software and information systems, as well as for the provision of software as a service (SaaS) and other cloud-based solutions.

In the regulatory IT area, the team assists clients with the implementation of GDPR and other privacy regulations, addresses the legal aspects of cybersecurity and digital resilience, and navigates clients through legal regulations related to digital services, AI and other emerging technologies.

In collaboration with the IP Litigation team, they represent clients in alternative domain name dispute resolution for .sk, .eu, as well as .com and other gTLDs.
