Statutory bodies of an s.r.o. and non-compete restrictions
The prohibition of competition constitutes an important tool to protect the company against unfair or speculative actions by its statutory bodies. Although the law does not explicitly define the concept of competition, it is a natural element of a market economy in which firms compete for the customer. In order for this competition to take place correctly, the legislation obliges the Statutory Officers to act in the interests of the company and not to create or strengthen its competition. The question remains, however, whether the legal framework is sufficient for us, or whether it is appropriate to adapt or extend the prohibition of competition in the social contract or the performance contract further.

And even more precisely, to how this process is being changed by artificial intelligence (AI).
